Founder & Director - La Nouvelle Ecole Geneva
Stéphanie Ayre, founder of La Nouvelle Ecole, combines her passion for education with a strong academic background. She holds a Master’s in International Law from La Sorbonne and has obtained a Certificate in Early Education Leadership from Harvard Business School. During her international experience across Thailand, Australia, and France, Stéphanie completed Montessori teacher training to enhance her children's education, blending it with insights from the French and international schooling systems.
Guri Miran
Head of Education - La Nouvelle Ecole Geneva
Guri is an accomplished educational leader with over 20 years of experience in both teaching and school administration. She has served as Principal of the Swedish International School in Geneva, where she managed nursery and primary school programs, along with holiday camps and language courses. Guri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Stockholm, specializing in subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Social Sciences, and a Principal's Degree from the Swedish Government's Official Program. Additionally, she is certified in Montessori pedagogy and trained as a Parent & Family Coach. Fluent in English, Swedish, French, and Norwegian, Guri is passionate about nurturing a collaborative and dynamic learning environment for students and staff alike.

With a strong background in hospitality and administration, Natasha is an organized, empathetic professional who excels in customer service and team collaboration. Natasha holds certifications in professional coaching, administrative evaluation, and event management. Fluent in French and English, she is dedicated to creating welcoming environments and supporting both colleagues, children and their parents with her attentive, adaptable approach.
Rhea McWilliams
Director - La Nouvelle Ecole Paris
With over a decade of experience in early years and primary education, Rhea is a dedicated and creative educator specializing in working with children aged 3 to 11, including those with special educational needs. She blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and British EYFS pedagogies to create engaging learning environments., and is a passionate advocate of play and outdoor learning. Rhea holds a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education with First Class Honours and is pursuing a Master’s in Special Education Needs. She has extensive experience in curriculum planning, team management, and collaborating with specialists to support individual learning needs.
